Personal coaching at $150/ month or $200/ month. Athletes receive a custom designed schedule that is changeable and adjustable based on the athlete’s feedback, progress, and schedule. Power levels, running paces, and heart rates can all be included with personal coaching.
12-20 week custom designed training plans starting at $195 with limited coach interaction. These plans are custom designed for each athlete, but have very limited coach interaction.

Full and Half Ironman™ races are a serious undertaking. I take coaching seriously and expect an athlete following my training programs to do the same. Because of the level of work required to finish such events, I will design a program to include the average amount of training to complete such events with comfort and style.
